Painting a Bouquet of Flowers (Nov 29th)
Instructor: Sandra Lanz Sánchez-Penichet
Dates: November 29th
Time: Sunday, 1 pm- 5 pm
Where: Ulna Art Studio, 215 SE Morrison
1 session, 4 hours, class size limited to 12
Participate in a timeless tradition! Painters have been painting flowers in vases for as long as paint has been around. We are going to set up a still-life around a beautiful, professionally arranged bouquet, and spend a cozy afternoon painting.
The instructor will offer a demo to get everyone started and then work with each of you through the afternoon. You'll leave with a finished painting which will look great on a wall, or wrapped up like a gift! This class is for all levels of experience, and all mediums are welcome.
What you bring: Your painting supplies and a fresh canvas.
What we supply: Our studio has paper towels, cups, extra brushes, and extra paint and supplies, if you need them.
Please contact hello@sandralanzsp.com with any questions.
About the instructor: Sandra Lanz Sánchez-Penichet is a Cuban-American painter best known for her colorful head-and-shoulders portraits and dreamy PNW landscapes. She has a BFA in Painting, and has been painting in oils for more than 20 years. SandraLanzSP.com
